Marc Such est actif dans le monde de la Supply Chain depuis +15 ans. Il a construit une solide expertise sur de nombreux processus de la Supply Chain : stratégie logistique, demand & supply planning, logistique, e-commerce et omnicanal. Co-fondateur de Such Consulting, il est engagé dans des projets de transformation majeure, du diagnostic à la conception d’une nouvelle Supply Chain, jusqu’à sa mise en œuvre dans des contextes locaux ou internationaux. Suite à ses études d’ingénieur à l’Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, il rejoint Nestlé Nespresso. Durant 6 ans, il contribue à cette success story en structurant une Supply Chain reconnue d’excellence à travers le monde : définition des stratégies logistiques, optimisation de flux d’entrepôt, mise en place d’opérations de e-commerce. Il rejoint ensuite British American Tobacco en tant que Demand & Supply Planning Manager. Au cœur de problématiques propres au marché suisse, il optimise les ressources en assurant le juste équilibre entre prévisions des ventes et disponibilité des produits. Marc Such est certifié APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt et DDPP (Demande Driven Planner Professional) par le Demand Driven Institue. Marc Such has been active in the Supply Chain world for 15 years. He has built a solid expertise on many Supply Chain processes: Logistics Strategy, Demand & Supply planning, Logistics and E-commerce & Omnichannel. Co-founder of Such Consulting, he is involved in major transformation projects, from diagnosis to the design of a new Supply Chain, up to the implementation in local or international contexts. Following his engineering studies at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), he joined Nestlé Nespresso. For 6 years, he contributed to this success story by structuring a Supply Chain recognised for its excellence throughout the world: definition of Logistics Strategies, Optimization of Warehouse Flows, implementation of E-commerce Operations. He then joined British American Tobacco as a Demand & Supply Planning Manager. At the heart of issues specific to the Swiss market, he optimized resources by ensuring the right balance between sales forecasts and product availability.
