Marc Such has been active in the Supply Chain world for 15 years.
He has built a solid expertise on many Supply Chain processes: Logistics Strategy, Demand & Supply planning, Logistics and E-commerce & Omnichannel.
Co-founder of Such Consulting, he is involved in major transformation projects, from diagnosis to the design of a new Supply Chain, up to the implementation in local or international contexts.
Following his engineering studies at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), he joined Nestlé Nespresso. For 6 years, he contributed to this success story by structuring a Supply Chain recognised for its excellence throughout the world: definition of Logistics Strategies, Optimization of Warehouse Flows, implementation of E-commerce Operations.
He then joined British American Tobacco as a Demand & Supply Planning Manager. At the heart of issues specific to the Swiss market, he optimized resources by ensuring the right balance between sales forecasts and product availability.
Marc Such is APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and DDPP (Demand Driven Planner Professional) certified by the Demand Driven Institute.

Caroline Pagnier - Co-Founder & Senior Consultant
Caroline Pagnier has more than 15 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a mixed background between operational, project management and consulting.
Co-founder of Such Consulting, she has led numerous Supply Chain transformation and performance improvement projects in various sectors: hospital, luxury goods, e-commerce and mass distribution.
At the beginning of her career, Caroline piloted and optimized the flows of the Legrand group’s international distribution center. At the head of a team composed of operators and logistics engineers, she discovered the joys of management and the difficulties of the field (or the opposite?).
In 2010 she joined Nespresso as Supply Chain Project Manager to develop the company’s logistic structure with the complexity of an international context.
She then became Continuous Improvement Manager and contributes to the optimization of processes and resources thanks to the principles and tools of continuous improvement. It is in this position that she discovered a real passion for Lean Management.
Caroline Pagnier is a graduate of the Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from the ISLI of Bordeaux (Institut Supérieur de Logistique Industrielle) and certified DDPP (Demande Driven Planner Professional) by the Demand Driven Institue.

Ralf Herrmann is an experienced Supply Chain professional with 25+ years track record in Supply Chain Optimization.
Ralf started his career as a Supply Chain Consultant with Miebach Consulting. After 6 years he became a partner and spent the following 7 years leading teams of Supply Chain strategy consultants in several international locations.
In 2004 Ralf moved to Nestlé. His first assignment was in a global consulting role for distribution projects. Soon after he moved to Nestlé’s Breakfast Cereal division and ended there as the Regional Head of Supply Chain for Continental Europe.
He is experienced in continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chains, from sourcing, demand, and production planning to physical logistics processes. He is able to move within but also around factories, all the way to delivery to customers, having gained a deep understanding of lean design and lean value chain optimization methodologies.
Ralf is particularly known for his results orientation, business acumen, analytical skills and leadership of successful multicultural teams.
He is fascinated by how our minds work and spends some of his time helping organizations build performance, resilience and innovation as a Mind-Trainer.

Benoit Peronnet has more than 10 years of experience in Supply Chain. Senior consultant at Such Consulting, he leads supply chain transformation and performance improvement projects, from diagnosis to implementation.
He began his career in 2010 at Accenture and participated in strategic projects for major energy companies (AREVA and EDF). He designed, mocked up, and deployed systems (SAP) optimizing logistics processes in challenging contexts.
He joined Daron group in 2015 as Operations director in Gabon. Within this international trading and distribution company, his mission was to structure the Supply Chain team, the processes, and the tools to daily satisfy its customers, in a complex and international environment. He acquired solid field experience and piloted continuous improvement projects.

Benoit is graduated from the Specialized Master in Change Management from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion of Paris (ISG) and holds a general engineering degree from the Special School of Mechanics and Electricity (ESME Sudria) in Paris.

Lionel Pfeiffer has been active in the field of Supply Chain for over 25 years. He has developed strong expertise covering the entire range of supply chain processes, both at a strategic level and through transformation, optimization and operational management projects.
His end-to-end vision of the supply chain enables him to identify and understand the interfaces between the different supply chain functions, as well as with other departments across the organization. This is combined with a strong business-oriented approach aimed at improving his clients’ financial performance indicators.
His experience at Nestlé, at global, zonal and regional levels, has allowed him to gain an in-depth understanding of supply chain challenges and to develop a high level of maturity, perspective and strong leadership to effectively manage crisis situations.
With an engineering degree in Food Science from Lille, complemented by a Master’s degree from ESSEC (Paris), Lionel then joined Nestlé’s global headquarters. Over a five-year period, he actively contributed to the international deployment of supply chain best practices through large-scale optimization projects.

Elisabeth has extensive experience in supply chain management. After completing her engineering studies at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, she worked in a variety of environments, including watchmaking, FMCG, and the pharmaceutical industry.
Through her experience in planning and within teams specializing in digital operations, she has developed a dual technical and analytical expertise. She masters data management and exploitation to improve decision-making, while contributing to process optimization and automation. This approach allows her to enhance the performance of supply chain operations by providing agile, sustainable, and data-driven solutions.
As a consultant at SuCh Consulting, she supports clients in optimizing their processes and oversees their digital and operational transformations from initial analysis to the implementation of concrete solutions.

With a Master’s degree in Information Systems from HEC Lausanne, Antoine began his career in consulting with a Big Four company, where he developed his project management skills in complex environments. He then joined SuCh Consulting to devote himself fully to Supply Chain issues, from the most strategic to the most operational.

He began his career in 2010 at Accenture and participated in strategic projects for major energy companies (AREVA and EDF). He designed, mocked up, and deployed systems (SAP) optimizing logistics processes in challenging contexts.
He joined Daron group in 2015 as Operations director in Gabon. Within this international trading and distribution company, his mission was to structure the Supply Chain team, the processes, and the tools to daily satisfy its customers, in a complex and international environment. He acquired solid field experience and piloted continuous improvement projects.

Benoit is graduated from the Specialized Master in Change Management from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion of Paris (ISG) and holds a general engineering degree from the Special School of Mechanics and Electricity (ESME Sudria) in Paris.

Lionel Pfeiffer - Senior Consultant
Lionel Pfeiffer has been active in the field of Supply Chain for over 25 years. He has developed strong expertise covering the entire range of supply chain processes, both at a strategic level and through transformation, optimization and operational management projects.
His end-to-end vision of the supply chain enables him to identify and understand the interfaces between the different supply chain functions, as well as with other departments across the organization. This is combined with a strong business-oriented approach aimed at improving his clients’ financial performance indicators.
His experience at Nestlé, at global, zonal and regional levels, has allowed him to gain an in-depth understanding of supply chain challenges and to develop a high level of maturity, perspective and strong leadership to effectively manage crisis situations.
With an engineering degree in Food Science from Lille, complemented by a Master’s degree from ESSEC (Paris), Lionel then joined Nestlé’s global headquarters. Over a five-year period, he actively contributed to the international deployment of supply chain best practices through large-scale optimization projects.
With more than ten years of expatriation experience, his natural ability to build human and cultural connections is a major asset in his current role as a Consultant at SuCh Consulting.

Elisabeth Zbinden - Senior Consultant
Elisabeth has extensive experience in supply chain management. After completing her engineering studies at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, she worked in a variety of environments, including watchmaking, FMCG, and the pharmaceutical industry.
Through her experience in planning and within teams specializing in digital operations, she has developed a dual technical and analytical expertise. She masters data management and exploitation to improve decision-making, while contributing to process optimization and automation. This approach allows her to enhance the performance of supply chain operations by providing agile, sustainable, and data-driven solutions.
As a consultant at SuCh Consulting, she supports clients in optimizing their processes and oversees their digital and operational transformations from initial analysis to the implementation of concrete solutions.
Elisabeth holds a Master’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management from IML (EPFL) and an Executive MBA (Solvay Brussels School of Economics). She is also APICS CPIM (Planning and Inventory Management) and APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certified.

Antoine Hassler - Junior Consultant
Antoine Hassler is a Supply Chain consultant at SuCh Consulting. He supports public and private sector customers in their process optimization, inventory management and operational performance projects, from diagnostics to the implementation of concrete solutions.
With a Master’s degree in Information Systems from HEC Lausanne, Antoine began his career in consulting with a Big Four company, where he developed his project management skills in complex environments. He then joined SuCh Consulting to devote himself fully to Supply Chain issues, from the most strategic to the most operational.
His training, combined with a structured, field-oriented approach, enables him to quickly adapt to his customers’ specific challenges, and to propose concrete, pragmatic solutions.
Antoine is also certified CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) by the Project Management Institute.

Pauline is a supply chain consultant, driven by a sense of concreteness, curiosity and the desire to get things done.
A graduate of NEOMA Business School with a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management, she forged her expertise between France and Germany, working for Decathlon. There, she held cross-functional roles in logistics, production and retail, combining data analysis, flow management and team leadership. These experiences, rooted in operational realities, now feed her pragmatic approach to consulting.
At SuCh Consulting, Pauline puts her analytical skills and rigor to work in the field of supply chain performance, with a particular focus on issues on the ground and human dynamics. Archie joined the Such Consulting team in 2021.
